Whistle Blower Chicken
A succulent one-half chicken seasoned and roasted to perfection. Served with baby vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and herb infused oil.
Smoked Trout Cakes
Savory cakes of smoked trout with aromatic vegetables breaded and pan-fried. Served with roasted root vegetables, wild rice pilaf and lemon burre blanc.
Columbia Star Prime Rib
Our signature, slow roasted prime rib, perfectly seasoned, topped with cabernet butter and au jus, hand cut into 10 ounce servings. Served with a baked potato and buttery garlic green beans. This entrée comes cooked to order.

Followed by one of our signature brunch entrees below. Complete your meal with a table shared dessert plate of assorted pastries and miniature muffins.
